Pouilly-Fumé "Les Petites Berges"

This cuvée takes its name from the plot on which the grapes are grown. It's a small plot at the entrance to the village of Pouilly sur Loire. It is vinified and aged in an earthen amphora made entirely by hand from an environmentally-friendly material: cocciopesto, and air-dried. A round, gourmet wine with a fresh mouthfeel.
