Between purity, precision and the expression of terroirs
Our Pouilly Fumé range comprises a classic cuvée, faithful to the spirit of the appellation, and three parcel-based cuvées from specific soils, matured using methods chosen to enhance their character.
Cuvée Classique - The house stamp
Cuvées de Terroir - Three soils, three ageings, three personalities
Each of these cuvées tells a story: the story of a soil, a vintage, a choice of ageing method. They embody our determination to offer Pouilly-Fumé wines of character, precise, sincere and representative of the diversity of our terroirs.

Chasselas, a precious rarity
Alongside the famous Pouilly-Fumé, the Pouilly vineyards hide a discreet but charming nugget: Pouilly-sur-Loire, made exclusively from the Chasselas grape variety.
Pouilly-sur-Loire is an almost confidential appellation, with only 25 hectares remaining. A rarity that sets this wine apart from the rest, a living witness to the region's winegrowing history.
A wine for immediate pleasure, discreet and elegant.
It's also a tribute to the local winegrowing heritage, a cuvée for the curious, lovers of rare wines, and those who know that beauty sometimes lies in simplicity.
The other bank, the same passion
A story of transmission, between two banks of the Loire
While our domaine is deeply rooted in the Pouilly terroir, it is also fortunate to express itself on the other side of the Loire, on the renowned hillsides of the Sancerre appellation. A natural extension of our know-how, made possible by Cédrick's grandmother Adrienne.
This wine, both precise and racy, is the perfect complement to our range. It reflects our desire to highlight the nuances of Sauvignon through the great terroirs of the Centre Loire, while honoring the family ties that bind us to this land.
A new story, three expressions
Since 2010, our estate has taken on a new dimension thanks to a wonderful encounter and a gesture of trust. On his retirement, Guy Leguay handed over his estate in the Coteaux du Giennois appellation, giving us the opportunity to continue the story of these remarkably rich, yet little-known terroirs.
